DW/CG stopped by Pudgees for an early dinner. The building looks like a cowboy movie set. We were there with the dog so we needed outside seating. Our order was taken by a friendly hostess. We chose a burger and Chicago dog. The food was brought out to our table in about 10 minutes. This burger has to be one of the best we ever had. The toppings were piled up fresh and flavorful. The burger patty was thick and juicy. The whole thing was just perfection. Chicago dog was correct as I know them well. Sides were good too. We were happy to dine here and looking forward to another visit.
This was not a planned stop as we were driving through. The signage and atmosphere are greatn but their food is even better! I got the Pudgee Burger, double... yikes. It was enormous! And absolutely delicious. A really great burger. Fries were natural cut, served warm. My wife had the chicken sandwich and it was really good, too. Since there's not much else in the small town, this place got crowded around lunch time. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee, baked goods and ice cream are in an attached place. All of that stuff looked good. I'd recommend the burgers!
Super friendly and inviting staff. Just love it, fresh food, old school fresh handcrafted Burgers and handcut fries, shakes and floats. just like back in the day, so good. Portions are Huge and the Indiana breaded Pork is a must.
Amazing family owned restaurant. Fantastic service. I drove one hour each direction to try it, and I'm definitely going back. It's worth the drive. Don't think, just go. You'll thank me later. I recommend the double Pudgee's Burger and Fries. The old style cherry soda was a blast from the past.
Great little place! Has everything you could want coffee, burgers and ice cream. All 3 were great. The Cowboy burger was huge. My husband loves his Smack your momma. The fries were amazing.
This was our 2nd time going and omg the food we eat was super delicious. The manager her self is super sweet, courteous & polite. The atmosphere is perfect with nice good music playing in the background & even better after your meal you can also grab a coffee or ice cream right next door. Everytime we go to any of the 2 rivers/springs we will definitely be coming by to eat dinner. Thank you guys for everything. And I will be recommending to family & friends.
Nice indoor and outdoor seating with a very simple country decor. Food is freshly cooked to order. Burgers were perfectly medium done and onion rings were the perfect crunch. 100% satisfied and will be back.
